APPLICATIONS
The DD15 engine is a heavy-duty engine that is intended for all heavy-duty on-highway truck and coach applications, and features improved fuel economy and enhanced performance.

EPA10 GHG14 = 2013 to 2016
PROCESSES
Pilot Engines utilizes state of the art machines and machining methods to ensure quality. All components are magnafluxed, inspected and machined to OEM specifications.
Blocks are magnafluxed, upper & lower counter bores are repaired as needed and align honed or align bored if needed to OEM specifications.
Cylinder heads are magnafluxed, pressure tested, and new valve guides and new valves are installed in every head and valve seats are machined to OEM specs then vacuum tested
to ensure quality.
Crankshafts are magnafluxed, straightened if needed and polished or ground undersized.
Connecting rods are magnafluxed and have new rod bushings installed and machined to OEM specification.
All engines are assembled in the USA.

Warranty:
Pilot Engines warrants to the original buyer that every product will be free from proven defects in material and workmanship. Pilot Engines warranty obligation will be limited, at our opinion, to repair or replace with another rebuilt engine. All warranty work must be preauthorized by Pilot Engines. To activate the warranty, all engines must be registered within 30 days from shipment. Complete Drop-In engines carry a full 2 year/unlimited mile warranty. The second year covers the long block only. The long block engines carry a 1 year/unlimited mile warranty. Off-Road applications are covered for 1 year/2000 hours.
